We want you to love your GUTS gear as much as we do, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
